San Francisco has plenty of locations to visit, from museums to beaches and parks to restaurants. Patrick Mahony provides you one of the most intriguing San Francisco tours that will take you around most of the tourist attractions listed below :

The Golden Gate Bridge

It is the world's most photographed bridge and is renowned for its tall orange towers, 746 feet high. From many points like the Crissy Field, Fort Point, and Baker Beach or the Marin Headlands, you can take a look at it. Bikes and vehicles are allowed 24 hours a day across the bridge, and walkers can pass between 5 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. using the east sidewalk.

Visit Alcatraz

The jail on this island is one of America's most popular prisons and was in operation until 1963 for 30 years. It was launched as a tourist attraction in 1973 due to some well-known prisoners, such as Al Capone and the Birdman, who were held in prison. One can take a ferry to the island and visit the site while listening to an outstanding recording of audio that provides a glimpse.

Ferry Building Marketplace

This is where the town hosts the biggest market for three-week farmers and offers a permanent home for some of the most beloved artisans in the region. Inside there are a lot of merchants like Cowgirl Creamery, Dandelion Chocolate, and Fort Point Beer Company. This is one of San Francisco's most exciting attractions.

Chinatown

Compared to the Chinatown in other towns, Chinatown in San Francisco is known to provide a completely distinctive experience. It is the biggest outside of Asia and North America's oldest. Built entirely in Chinese style, it has different temples, theatres, workshops, tiny companies, restaurants, antique and souvenir shops, tea houses, and more, making it one of the best locations to visit.

Legion of Honor

In an incredible environment, this is a splendid Neoclassical Beaux-Arts building and one of San Francisco's most exquisite museums. It was a donation from Alma de Bretteville Spreckels, the renowned socialite, philanthropist, and arts patron. Her museum was a replica of the Paris Palais de la Légion d'Honneur and an important part of the sightseeing list of everyone in San Francisco.
